My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was very central and convenient, the room I initially received was under construction and dirty, and the replacement room wasn't much better. On the bright side, the service from the valet and front desk was top-notch, although the dining options were limited and the complimentary breakfast was basic.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean initially but not ready upon my arrival, and they were not touched by housekeeping during my stay. However, the service staff was super nice and helpful, although they did not attend to all my complaints promptly. The location was great for my needs in downtown Peoria, being central to my destinations, but the ambiance was affected by some gloomy wall colors. The dining options were plain, lacking variety, which was a downside, but the complimentary bread was a nice touch.

Climbing stairs with our luggage to reach the elevator was a hassle, and the room had some cleanliness issues like stains on the carpet and peeling wallpaper. On the bright side, the bathroom was redone and fairly clean, and the bed was comfortable. The constant hum from the exhaust fan outside the window was a bit of a nuisance.
